Purchased my son's new KTM 85 SX from your shop. The salesman, Matt, was excellent. He worked hard to get me the right deal at the right price. The service I received while looking for parts from salesman Tyler Pence was great. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions.

On my yearly trip to the Smokies I saw that they had a new 2015 FJR. I was going to buy one next spring but thought I'd see what kind of price I could get. Met with Jordon Cate and came up with a fair price trading my 2007 FJR in on the new one. Financing went went well and I broke the bike in over the next two days riding the Smokey Mountain roads! I purchased a 2006 Harley Davidson from Matt he went into great detail on operation, history and sail of the bike. When I went to get a ridding jacket and helmet the whole staff went out of there way to make sure I got the proper stuff and the proper fitting of my helmet.

I contacted Mountain Motorsports about an issue with my Spyder. The service department went above and beyond to resolve my problem. When I had to change my appoinment, they did what I wanted. I asked them to do a couple of other small items and they did...at very reasonable rates. While my Spyder was in for service, I took my wife over to the accessories dept and Crash took better than amazing care of my wife, listening to her concerns and needs and then finding solutions for her.

If the owner had been there I would have told him personally how impressed I was, but he wasn't.

I recently purchased some parts for my bike here at mountain motorsports and was very pleased. The service was great and they got me what I needed in a timely manner. There was a mix up on a fairing, I was sent the wrong one, but it was on Suzuki's end rather than mountain motorsport's parts dept. Adam in the parts dept is who took care of the issue and got it resolved immediately. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend them in the future.

I took my tire / wheel off of my 2009 Goldwing for replacement. I told them about a problem I had with the TPMS. They found a defected sensor in the wheel that needed replacing.They ordered a new one and also took the time to get Honda to cover it under warranty. "My brother-in-law and I had riding The Dragon high on our bucket list. The day long ride from our location to The Dragon was an obstacle for riding our bikes from home for several reasons not worth mentioning. Plus the oppotuinty to ride something new was appealing too. I was up over the weekend in April for my sisters' wedding and stopped in to look around and was blown away at how much inventory you guys had in stock. I ended up getting a pair of motocross boots after Robyn took the time to answer all my questions and help me find a pair of boots to "fit me". "I was in Pigeon Forge for a few days and rode my V-Star 1300. Before I left home, I bought a new rear tire and had a service completed on the bike. While I was in the area, I got something in the tire and it had to be replaced. The tire was only a week old and had around 500 miles on it. " What a great expierience it was doing business with Mountain Adventures. My wife and I purchased a Bombardier Outlander XT two seater ATV. Mike Shamblin was our sales person and did an outstanding job from begining to end. I've been I sales for many years and Mike really knows his product and knows how to sell with a no pressure attitude. I had no expierience with this ATV but he even took it a step further and took us out to Windrock.
